Not the stay I expected

Super annoyed by my experience. Came in after a long drive and found out there was a glitch with my reservation. After figuring out parking and dealing with some folks in the garage, I was told they were full. The staff tried to help find me another place, which was nice, but really didn't help my mood at the time. The bar area looked great, though. Who knew that room assignments could be so stressful!

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed the complimentary shuttle to the nearby zoo and the art museum. Breakfast had plenty of options, including almond milk, which was perfect for me. The location was ideal, and the hotel was clean and quiet, making our stay worry-free.

However, I wasn’t impressed that beds aren’t made every day. It felt a bit off for a hotel stay, especially for the price we paid.

We loved our family stay! The room was spacious and very clean, which made it easy to keep an eye on our two young kids. The staff was really friendly, and the shuttle service was great for getting to nearby attractions.

My kids wished for a kids' play area. that would have kept them entertained and made our stay even better!

During my stay, I loved being just a few steps from the Children's Discovery Museum and a quick walk to Medici in Normal, making it easy to enjoy both family fun and great food. the hotel staff also went above and beyond, providing excellent personal service that genuinely made me feel at home.

the hyatt place was a great spot! it’s close to the amtrak station and the children's museum. There are cute shops nearby. the room was spacious, clean, and quiet. breakfast was a surprise too—good oatmeal and fresh-squeezed grapefruit! the fitness center was a bonus.
